HomeUncovered ("we", "us", "our") operates HomeUncovered.com, a real estate intelligence platform that provides property due diligence reports to home buyers. Our contact email is support@homeuncovered.com.

• Account information: Email address and name when you create an account via Google OAuth or magic link.
• Property addresses: Addresses you submit for report generation.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never store your card number or payment details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, reports generated, and general product interaction for improving the service.
• IP address: Used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your property intelligence reports.
• To process payments and manage your account credits.
• To send transactional emails (report ready notifications, receipts).
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the platform.
• To improve the accuracy and quality of our reports.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your Social Security number, financial account numbers, or any government-issued ID. We do not access your Google account data beyond your email address and name.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI-generated property analysis

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Property report data is processed through Anthropic's API to generate analysis but is not used to train AI models under Anthropic's standard API terms.

6. Data Retention

Your reports are stored in your account and accessible as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@homeuncovered.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use essential functional cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@homeuncovered.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have rights under GDPR.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed authentication tokens, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
